    Use a HOT oven - 450o - 475o. Hot, hot, hot... our bagels are cooked inside already... all you need to do is brown and crisp'mmm!

    Do not use Parchment Paper or an insulated baking sheet, as either of these will prevent the bottoms from browing as quickly as the tops.

    Convection ovens work great and it is not necessary to adjust the temperature.

    All ovens are different, so baking times might vary. Allow the bagels to get to a rich golden brown and let your senses guide you!

    Bake'mmm(R) Bagels are now being distributed by all four Tree of Life Natural & Organic warehouses and are available throughout the Eastern US, the Midwest and the Southwest.

Maybe a Turkey-Lurkey sandwich made on an Apple-Cranberry bagel? We're giving bagels a new culinary perspective with fabulous flavor conbinations and pairing them with great new recipes.
